Installation
There are 2 parts to the installation of the solar panels and associated technology. The installation of the solar panels on the roof and also the internal installation of the inverter to connect the panels to your electricity supply. Most of the internal work will be carried out in the roof space.
The whole installation should take no longer than 3 days (subject to weather).
Planning permission may be required before solar panels can be installed. In particular, when your home is within a conservation area or listed. The local authority will be able to tell you whether planning is required.
